I'm not saying that it's dumb to pvp on a pve server, I know a lot of people have those feelings and thoughts and want nothing to do with pvp
but the bottom line is that it's plain fun :DD
I've liked pvp since I discovered it, but there's also things I don't like about it.
For example them hax!!
im just trying to kill the opposing faction, I use tactics and predictions of where certain targets will end up, like every player I use that to my advantage and try to use it to win, and aid my own faction to win, if I lose it's because I made a mistake somewhere, or we could have been better coordinated, or geared. However when we lose because someone in the opposing faction thinks it's fair to use a speed hack that allows them to follow me past a stealth out half way across the map in a blink of an eye, that's just not fair. I just repswaned and you're here!? wtf? that isn't fair, and everyone should report these people even if they are in your group, it just takes the fun element out of these matches.
If you suck, practice, dummy.

I know I'm not getting these, but good for the people that are getting them, you can check out the leader boards on the swtor website and see where your standing is, and if you are in the 1% of hardcore pvp players you get a special rancor mount :D
now people (corelian run radio) are really bitching about how it's not fair to everyone that wants one. How is it not fair? It's like when people were bitching about Treek, we immidiately got her on the cartel market so that was stupid, but here is an exclusive mount hat really feels like a reward, because in this game all cool items are eventually stamped for a price in the cartel market and have no significant value amongst your peers. I know it may take me forever to get a black/purple/golde detailed rancor, I love the mount but really, I have a lot of mounts, I'm not gonna rage quit because I can't get one mount. Also people who get this mount DESERVE IT! get over it. I like the idea that there can be a distinction of superb players, I'm trying to be at least decent and working to be a great pvp healer, but I have long ways to go before I can join that 1%, which may expand because these rewards are really drawing people in lol
There really are podcasts out there that I enjoy listening to, and Corelian run radio is not one of them, they just have no bigger picture concept, and the host is always yelling, I like the co-hosts though, the show would be better if it had a broader view of the game, Ootini is also like this, with first person opinions, but they are open minded people who really go back and forward with their opinions not just stick to one and wont shut up about it. Some people may like that but I don't. now if you want to listen to a pristine podcast with learned opinions I suggest the Unnamed SWTOR Podcast.
Now I started school and I think I have around two nights or one night one day to play swtor, I'm so tired all the time, it's hard to keep focus on swtor anymore.
Today I managed to do 2 dailies, section X and Black Hole, I like these because they are easy and give decent credits, if I had the time I'd do more solo ranked today but I really dont, even as we speak I must to be working on homework. sighs, I'd share that with you but idk, it's a little hard to be a fashion student and still be a major nerd, my fashion vision really is different, not what they would call "modern love" fashion lol
yeah, I will share some sketches once I visalize the fabrics, but I want to do a series of sketches inspired by star wars, original designs, I think I wanna do that, dress video game characters, I think I'd love that. lol////
anyways, I also managed to do some guild flashpoint on Imperial side, our Republic side needs major love!
